DetailsVintage Gevabox 6x9 box camera made in Belgium in the early 1950s by Gevaert Photo Producten N.V. A classic example of post-war European industrial design, featuring a metal body, black leatherette covering and a distinctive chrome front.
Originally designed for 120 film producing 6x9 cm negatives, this camera represents the simplicity and functionality of early amateur photography. Meniscus lens 105 mm f/8, fixed focus and a basic shutter system typical for box cameras of that era.
This item is sold strictly as vintage decor and a collectible display piece. The shutter operates inconsistently, therefore it is not offered as a fully functional photographic camera. Cosmetic condition is very good for its age, with natural signs of wear that enhance its authentic vintage character.
