EU Right of Withdrawal

Buyers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, buyers must contact me within 14 days of receiving the item and return it within 30 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and securely packaged.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
