DetailsMeopta Admira 8E 8mm movie camera made in Czechoslovakia circa 1960. A classic spring-wound amateur cine camera from the golden era of home filmmaking in Eastern Europe. The camera comes with its original carrying case and printed manuals. The mechanical spring motor winds smoothly and runs evenly when released. Film transport mechanism engages and pulls film correctly. The shutter operates properly. The camera works in both continuous shooting mode and single-frame mode. It has not been film tested and no recent footage has been recorded, therefore it is sold as a vintage mechanical device. Cosmetically in very good vintage condition with clean metal surfaces and well preserved details. A beautiful collectible piece for film enthusiasts, cinema historians, photographers or as a decorative object for studio or interior display.
